Scheduling and Walk-Ins

At J&F Gemelli, we try our best to accommodate all of our clients’ schedules;

however, many of our stylists do book out several weeks in advance. As a result, if there is a specific day or time that you prefer, we recommend booking your appointment a few weeks in advance or making multiple future appointments to ensure you get your desired time. We welcome walk-in clients; however, based on our availability, you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an appointment.

Children

The prices for all our services reflect, in part, the time allotted for each client, therefore our regular menu prices also apply to children’s services. This is a salon policy and is not up to the stylists’ discretion.

Cancellations

We require at least 24-hour notice when canceling a service. As a courtesy, we provide confirmation text messages and phone calls at least 48 hours prior to each scheduled service. However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the $25 cancellation fee. We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary.

We may require a credit card in order to reserve a future appointment. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
Kindly arrive on time for your appointment to ensure time for the complete service. If you are late, we will do everything we can to accommodate, however, we may not be able to provide the full service for which you have been scheduled. We appreciate your thoughtfulness and cooperation.

Service Guarantee

At J&F Gemelli salons, our ultimate goal is for you to leave with healthy, beautiful hair that you love. If you feel your hair requires any modifications from its original service, please let us know within 14 days of your service. As we do not offer direct refunds for services, we will certainly work with you to ensure satisfaction of service(s) rendered.

Product Pledge

We only partner with brands that we believe in fully, and because of this, we feel confident that you’ll be satisfied with the products available at our salons. All our stylists are trained in each brand that we carry, and will be able to assist you in finding the perfect products for your hair and lifestyle. However, if you feel your purchase was not right for your hair, please let us know within 7 days and we will be happy to provide you with a product that better suits your needs. We do not offer direct returns for any product, nor exchanges or returns on any liter size products, brushes, special-order products, or any treatment-specific “partner” products.

 Checks

We do accept personal checks at J&F Gemelli salons. For your convenience, if your check is returned or dishonored for any reason, we will electronically debit your account for the amount of the check, plus a $25.00 processing fee.

Payment

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not accept Discover or American Express cards in our salons. However, we DO accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, and cash.
